Refueled Refunds Policy
All products offered on refueled.net are digital downloads. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a theme or other digital product has been purchased and delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues with your specific setup
- Failure to read product descriptions or system requirements before purchase
- Inability to use the product due to third-party software, hosting limitations, or custom modifications
We recommend carefully reviewing product details, demo sites, and documentation before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a product is defective or cannot be delivered due to an error on our part, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the issue. Contact us at admin@refueled.net with your order details so we can review the situation.
