Because our themes are digital downloads, all sales are final.
Envato Marketplace Refund Policy
We carefully develop our own premium themes and also hand-pick the best ones from the Envato Marketplace. All Envato themes featured on our site are affiliate links. If you purchase a theme through us, it is subject to Envato’s official refund and support policies. We do not provide refunds or technical support for third-party themes unless you specifically hire us for setup and customization.
Service Refunds
All sales are final. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our work, we can discuss a possibility of a refund.
Theme Compatibility
Our themes are developed to work with the latest version of Ghost and WordPress. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with third party software or after any modification to our themes, or a failure to install our themes or Ghost properly. Please note, this does not include third-party themes.
Theme Support Policy
Theme support is only offered to those that purchase our themes. Those that purchase our themes will receive 6 months of priority theme support and updates.
Theme License
Unless otherwise specified, our Ghost themes are MIT-Licensed, you can use them in both personal and commercial projects—no restrictions.
All WordPress themes are released under the GPL license. You can use all themes for both personal and commercial projects.
100% Secure
Your purchase is completely secure. We never store or have access to your credit card information. All payments for Refueled-developed themes are securely processed through Gumroad, a trusted third-party payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that:
