Welcome to Refueled. By accessing our website or using our applications, Firefox extensions, or WordPress plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or any of our products.

100% Secure Purchases

Where a purchase is offered through the App Store or Mac App Store, the purchase is processed by Apple. We never store or have access to your credit card information. Apple’s terms and privacy policy apply to that transaction.

Firefox extensions and WordPress plugins may be free, paid through a store we do not operate, or offered under the GPL. Payment processors and store operators (including Apple, Mozilla, and WordPress.org or third-party marketplaces) handle their own checkout. We do not receive your payment card details from those platforms.

Our Applications

Our applications for iPhone, iPad, and Mac (including SimplifiedHealth) are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. They are personal tools designed to work offline.

App Store distribution is subject to Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and the Apple Developer Program license. We do not control Apple’s review, ranking, availability, or refund process.

Firefox Extensions

Our Firefox extensions are provided “as is” and “as available.” They are built as standard WebExtensions and are intended to follow Mozilla’s Add-on Policies, including honest disclosure of permissions.

When an extension is listed on addons.mozilla.org, Mozilla’s Add-on Policies and listing terms apply. Mozilla, not Refueled, operates Firefox and the add-on store. Mozilla may review, reject, restrict, or remove a listing.

We do not warrant compatibility with every Firefox version, other extensions, enterprise policies, or your browser configuration. You may remove an extension at any time in Firefox settings. You install and use extensions at your own risk.

WordPress Plugins

Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The GPL governs your rights to run, study, modify, and redistribute the plugin code. The GPL does not provide a warranty and does not make Refueled responsible for your site.

Plugins run on a WordPress installation and hosting environment you control. You are responsible for backups, updates, security, user access, and compatibility with WordPress core, PHP, your theme, and other plugins.

WordPress and WordPress.org are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the WordPress Foundation or Automattic except as a publisher of GPL software for WordPress. WordPress.org directory rules apply when a plugin is listed there. You install and use our plugins at your own risk.

No Accounts or Cloud Services

Our apps do not require accounts, do not sync data to any server of ours, and do not transmit your personal information to us. All app data remains on your device.

Firefox extension data stays in your browser profile unless you use Mozilla services such as Firefox Sync, which are governed by Mozilla’s terms and privacy policy.

WordPress plugin data stays in your site’s database and files unless you separately send information to us (for example by emailing support).

Not Medical Advice

Our applications, including SimplifiedHealth, are personal record-keeping tools only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that:

  • With regard to the content, products, and services available through this site and our applications, Firefox extensions, and WordPress plugins: in no event shall Refueled or its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, or any third parties providing information or products on this site be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, site downtime, security incidents on systems you control, or other intangible losses (even if Refueled has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
  • Refueled is not responsible for, and assumes no liability whatsoever for, any third-party applications, extensions, plugins, themes, hosting providers, browsers, operating systems, or platforms, including their functionality, compatibility, security, updates, support, or any issues arising from their use.

Our applications, Firefox extensions, and WordPress plugins are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. GPL licensing of WordPress plugins does not create a warranty.

Refueled is not responsible for any loss of data stored in our products, any decisions made based on information recorded in them, browser or site breakage, failed updates, or any damages arising from their use or inability to use them.

You agree that you are accessing this website and using our applications, extensions, and plugins entirely at your own risk.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping devices, browsers, and WordPress sites updated and backed up
  • Choosing strong access controls (device passcode, PIN, hosting passwords, WordPress roles)
  • Reviewing permissions before installing an app, extension, or plugin
  • Confirming that a product is suitable for your use before relying on it
  • Complying with Apple, Mozilla, and WordPress.org rules when you obtain products from those platforms

Platform Terms

Use of Apple platforms is also subject to Apple’s terms. Use of Firefox and addons.mozilla.org is also subject to Mozilla’s terms and Add-on Policies. Use of WordPress and wordpress.org is also subject to the policies of the WordPress Foundation and related operators. If those platform terms conflict with store distribution rules, the platform’s rules control distribution. These Terms still govern your relationship with Refueled.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website, applications, extensions, or plugins after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
