The Boeing F-15EX Eagle II is the U.S. Air Force’s latest advanced multirole fighter, derived from the F-15E Strike Eagle, featuring unmatched payload capacity (up to 29,500 lbs), modern digital fly-by-wire controls, an AESA radar, enhanced survivability systems, and the ability to carry large numbers of standoff weapons to complement stealth fighters like the F-35 and F-22.
It entered operational service in 2024 as a high-performance, cost-effective platform for air dominance and long-range strike missions.
